Statute 584 107

Any person who violates any provision of the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 584.103, or refuses or neglects to obey any lawful order of the Director, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1961, 112; A 1967, 618; 2001, 2425; 2017, 149)
