Statute 584 180

1. A person, firm, association or corporation shall not sell or offer to sell fresh fluid milk or fresh fluid cream in the State of Nevada without obtaining a permit issued by the Director. 2. No such permit is required from any person, firm, association or corporation who sells solely to a permittee or purchases solely from a permittee.
