The violation of any provision of NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive, or of any stabilization and marketing plan, including any price requirements of such a plan, or of any of the unfair practice provisions set forth in those sections, is a misdemeanor, and also is ground for revocation or suspension of a license in the manner set forth in NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive. 2. Every distributor shall pay for fluid milk or fluid cream delivered to the distributor at the time and in the manner specified in the contract with the producer. Failure to make such a payment is ground for refusal, suspension or revocation of a license in the manner set forth in NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive. 3. In addition to any other penalty provided by NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive, the Director may impose a penalty of not more than $1,000 for each violation, to be recovered by the Director in a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction. All sums recovered under this subsection must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the State General Fund.
