Statute 587 081

The Director or the Director’s authorized representatives shall: 1. Sample, inspect, make analysis of and test seeds subject to NRS 587.015 to 587.123, inclusive, that are transported, sold, offered or exposed for sale within the State for sowing purposes, at such time and place and to such extent as may be necessary to determine whether the seeds are in compliance with NRS 587.015 to 587.123, inclusive. 2. Notify promptly the person who transported, sold, offered or exposed the seed for sale of any violation. (Added to NRS by 1969, 356; A 1993, 1783; 1999, 3724)
