Statute 587 085

The Director or the Director’s authorized representatives may: 1. Enter upon or within any public or private premises or upon or into any truck or other conveyance by land, water or air at any time to examine seeds, screenings or records which are subject to the provisions of NRS 587.015 to 587.123, inclusive, or rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto. 2. Issue and enforce a written or printed stop-sale order against the owner or custodian of any seed or screenings which are found to be in violation of any of the provisions of NRS 587.015 to 587.123, inclusive, or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
