The provisions of NRS 587.091 to 587.105, inclusive, do not apply: 1. To seed or grain not intended for sowing purposes. 2. To seed only while being stored in, transported to or consigned to an establishment for the conditioning or processing of seed if the invoice or labeling accompanying any shipment of such seed bears the statement 'seed for processing.' 3. To any carrier of seed which is transported or delivered for transportation in the ordinary course of its business as a carrier, if the carrier is not otherwise engaged in producing, processing or marketing seeds which are subject to NRS 587.015 to 587.123, inclusive. 4. To seed from a bulk container which is weighed and packaged in the presence of the purchaser, if that container is properly labeled pursuant to NRS 587.091 to 587.105, inclusive.
