1. If a seed is prepared for use, all screenings or cleanings must be removed from the premises only under a permit issued by the Director. 2. It is unlawful to distribute, give away, sell or use screenings containing weed seeds unless the screenings have been treated to destroy the viability of the weed seeds or otherwise in a manner approved by the Director.
