Any lot of seed found or reasonably suspected to be in violation of any of the provisions of NRS 587.015 to 587.119, inclusive, is subject to seizure upon a complaint by the Director filed in the district court of the county in which the seed is located. 2. If the court finds that the seed is in violation of any of those provisions, it may, after allowing the party or parties in interest to apply for the release of the seed or for permission to bring the seed into compliance with the law, make such orders as may be necessary for the seed to be processed, relabeled, denatured, destroyed or otherwise disposed of according to the circumstances of the case.
