1. The State Board of Agriculture shall adopt by regulation specification standards for aviation fuel. 2. When adopting the regulations required pursuant to subsection 1, the State Board of Agriculture may follow the specification standards set forth by ASTM International. 3. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5, it is unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or assist in the sale of, or permit to be sold or offered for sale, any aviation fuel unless such fuel conforms to the specification standards prescribed by regulation of the State Board of Agriculture pursuant to subsection 1. 4. In addition to any criminal penalty that is imposed pursuant to the provisions of NRS 590.150, any person who violates any provision of this section may be further punished as provided in NRS 590.071. 5.
