Statute 597 2665

1. In addition to any other remedy available to a consumer, a consumer may bring an action to recover any damages caused by a manufacturer or dealer who violates any of the provisions of NRS 597.264 to 597.2667, inclusive. 2. The court shall award to the prevailing party not more than twice the amount of the damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees and any equitable relief that the court determines is appropriate.
