1. If a business accepts a driver’s license or identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles for the purpose of identifying a customer, the business shall not refuse to accept a tribal identification card for the same purpose unless the business reasonably determines that a federal law or regulation requires the use of a different form of identification. 2. As used in this section, 'tribal identification card' means an identification card issued by a tribal government which satisfies the requirements of subsection 3 of NRS 232.006.
