Statute 598a 300

'Affiliation' means an agreement, arrangement or activity, the consummation of which results in: 1. A group practice or health carrier having control of another group practice or health carrier; or 2. A group practice or health carrier coming under common ownership with another group practice or health carrier. (Added to NRS by 2021, 307)
