Statute 599b 145

1. The fees for registration required by NRS 599B.090, 599B.120 and 599B.140 must be paid in cash or by certified check or money order. 2. A fee for registration must not be refunded, except that all or part of the fee may be refunded if the Commissioner rejects an application for registration because the application is incomplete.
