Statute 603a 337

'Verified request' means a request: 1. Submitted by a consumer to an operator or data broker for the purposes set forth in NRS 603A.345 or 603A.346, as applicable; and 2. For which an operator or data broker can reasonably verify the authenticity of the request and the identity of the consumer using commercially reasonable means.
