1. An operator who has not previously failed to comply with the provisions of NRS 603A.345 may remedy any failure to comply with the provisions of NRS 603A.345 within 30 days after being informed of such a failure. 2. An operator described in subsection 1 who remedies a failure to comply with the provisions of NRS 603A.345 within 30 days after being informed of such a failure does not violate NRS 603A.345 for the purposes of NRS 603A.360.
