'Genetic data' means any data that concerns the genetic characteristics of a person. The term includes, without limitation: 1. Data directly resulting from the sequencing of all or a portion of the deoxyribonucleic acid of a person; 2. Genotypic and phenotypic information that results from analyzing the information described in subsection 1; and 3. Data concerning the health of a person that is analyzed in connection with the information described in subsection 1. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3454)
