'Health care services or products' means any service or product provided to a person to assess, measure, improve or learn about the health of a person. The term includes, without limitation: 1. Services relating to any health condition or status, disease or diagnosis; 2. Social, psychological, behavioral or medical interventions; 3. Surgeries or other health-related procedures; 4. Medication or services related to the use or acquisition of medication; or 5. Monitoring or measurement related to bodily functions, vital signs or symptoms. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3454)
