Statute 603a 550

1. Except as otherwise provided in this section and NRS 603A.530, a violation of NRS 603A.400 to 603A.550, inclusive, constitutes a deceptive trade practice for the purposes of NRS 598.0903 to 598.0999, inclusive. 2. The provisions of NRS 603A.400 to 603A.550, inclusive: (a) Do not create a private right of action; and (b) Must not be construed to affect any other provision of law. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3462)
