'Covered service member' means a member of the Armed Forces of the United States who is: 1. On active duty under a call or order to deploy with a military unit, or as an individual in support of a military operation, for a period of not less than 30 days; or 2. A member of the National Guard and Reserve on active duty orders. (Added to NRS by 2019, 940)
