Statute 604a 300

1. The Commissioner may establish by regulation the fees that a licensee who provides check-cashing services may impose for cashing checks. 2. The Commissioner shall adopt: (a) Regulations to administer, carry out and enforce the provisions of NRS 604A.5983, 604A.5985 and 604A.5987. (b) Any other regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1688; A 2019, 944)
