A licensee who has been issued a license to operate a title loan service pursuant to this chapter shall place the following notices on marketing materials and television, print, radio and Internet advertising when space or time reasonably permits: 1. Title loans should be used for short-term financial needs only and not as a long-term financial solution; and 2. Customers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling before entering into any title loan transaction. (Added to NRS by 2015, 1144)—(Substituted in revision for part of NRS 604A.535)
