1. The Commissioner shall enter an order granting an application if he or she finds that: (a) The financial responsibility, experience, character and general fitness of the applicant are such as to command the confidence of the public and to warrant belief that the business will be operated lawfully, honestly, fairly and efficiently; and (b) The applicant has satisfied the requirements set forth in NRS 604A.605. 2. If the Commissioner grants an application, the Commissioner shall: (a) File his or her findings of fact together with the transcript of any hearing held pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; and (b) Issue to the licensee a license in such form and size as is prescribed by the Commissioner for each location at which the licensee proposes to do business. 3. Each licensee shall prominently display his or her license at the location where he or she does business. The Commissioner may issue additional licenses to the same licensee for each branch location at which the licensee is authorized to operate under the license, including, without limitation, each branch location where the licensee is authorized to operate at a kiosk, through the Internet, through any

Each license must: (a) State the address at which the business is to be conducted; and (b) State fully: (1) The name and address of the licensee; (2) If the licensee is a copartnership or association, the names of its members; and (3) If the licensee is a corporation, the date and place of its incorporation. 5.
