1. Annually, on or before April 15, each licensee shall file with the Commissioner and the Registry a report of operations of the licensed business for the preceding calendar year. The licensee shall make the report under oath and on a form prescribed by the Commissioner. If any person or affiliated group holds more than one license in this State, it may file a composite annual report. 2. The Commissioner may require a licensee to file more frequent reports as the Commissioner determines necessary. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1708; A 2021, 2050)
