Statute 604c 170

'Resolution date' means the date upon which: 1. A consumer, or a person on behalf of a consumer, delivers to a consumer litigation company an amount of money equivalent to the funded amount plus any agreed upon charges; or 2. The legal claim of a consumer is lost or abandoned. (Added to NRS by 2019, 2401)
