A licensee who has an office or other place of business located outside of this State shall file with the Commissioner the information required pursuant to NRS 77.310 and continuously maintain a registered agent for service of legal process. Such agent must be an attorney who is licensed to practice law in this State and who has an office located in this State. (Added to NRS by 2019, 2411)
