Statute 604d 040

'Direct-to-consumer earned wage access services' means the delivery to a user of an advance of earned but unpaid income based on data that is not employment, income or attendance data obtained directly from an employer or an employer’s payroll service provider. (Added to NRS by 2023, 2395)
