1. The Labor Commissioner is authorized to accept, with the approval of the Governor, gifts and grants of money from the Federal Government which may become or are made available for programs and services administered by the Labor Commissioner. 2. All such money shall be deposited in the State Treasury for the use of the Labor Commissioner in accordance with the conditions and purposes under which given or granted. (Added to NRS by 1969, 726)
