Statute 608 300

As used in NRS 608.300 to 608.330, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Artist' means an actor, actress, musician, dancer or athlete. 2. 'Production' means a stage production, concert, trade show, exhibition, convention or sporting event. The term includes the technical personnel used to create and produce the production. 3. 'Producer-promoter-employer' means a natural person who, or a firm, association or corporation which, supervises or finances a production or attempts to organize a production.
