1. As soon as practicable after the appointment of the members of a home care employment standards board pursuant to NRS 608.610, the Director shall fix a date for the first meeting of the board. If a home care employment standards board is established upon the petition of 50 or more home care employees pursuant to NRS 608.610, the first meeting of the board must be held not later than 60 days after the date of the meeting described in NRS 608.620. 2.
