Upon receipt of a report submitted by a home care employment standards board pursuant to subsection 6 of NRS 608.640, the Director shall review the findings and each recommendation contained in the report. The Director may: 1. Approve or disapprove any recommendation; 2. Require the home care employment standards board that submitted the report to conduct a new investigation and develop new recommendations in accordance with NRS 608.640; or 3. Establish a new home care employment standards board in the manner provided in NRS 608.610 to conduct a new investigation and develop new recommendations in accordance with NRS 608.640.
