Statute 609 400

As used in NRS 609.400 to 609.570, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 609.410 to 609.470, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1587)
