1. Each voting member of the Council shall serve for a term of 3 years, so long as the member has the qualifications required by NRS 610.030. A member of the Council who no longer has the qualifications specified in NRS 610.030 under which the member was appointed shall continue to serve on the Council until the member’s successor is appointed. A voting member may not serve more than four terms. 2. The voting members of the Council serve at the pleasure of the Governor. 3. The nonvoting members of the Council appointed pursuant to paragraphs (c) and (d) of subsection 2 of NRS 610.030 serve at the pleasure of the Chancellor of the Nevada System of Higher Education.
