Every person licensed under the provisions of NRS 611.020 to 611.320, inclusive, to carry on the business of an employment agency must pay to the Labor Commissioner a fee of $100 before the license is issued, and thereafter such person must pay a fee of $100 on or before the last day of each year to carry on the business for the following year.
