If the applicant is employed and the employment lasts 7 or more days but less than 30 days, the fee charged the applicant shall not exceed 40 percent of the gross cash wage paid to the applicant. [Part 10:167:1919; 1919 RL p. 2783; NCL § 2844]—(NRS A 1975, 1100)
