The Labor Commissioner: 1. Shall administer the provisions of NRS 611.400 to 611.490, inclusive, and may adopt reasonable regulations to carry out those provisions. 2. May investigate compliance with or enforce any provision of NRS 611.400 to 611.490, inclusive, and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
