1. The Division is administered by a full-time salaried Administrator, who is appointed by the Director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation and who serves at the pleasure of the Director. 2. The Administrator: (a) Is in the unclassified service of the State. (b) Has full administrative authority with respect to the operation and functions of the Division. (c) Except as otherwise provided in NRS 284.143, shall devote his or her entire time and attention to the business of his or her office and shall not pursue any other business or occupation or hold any other office of profit.
