The Administrator, upon his or her own motion or upon application of an employer made within 15 days after notice of benefits charged to the employer’s experience rating record or of the establishment of the employer’s contribution rate, may, after notice and opportunity for the employer to submit facts, make determinations with respect to all matters pertinent to the establishment of a rate of contribution based upon experience. No employer may be permitted to contest under this section the chargeability of benefits based on a determination made pursuant to NRS 612.450 to 612.530, inclusive, except for the reason that services included in the determination were not performed for the employer or that there is error in the amount of wages included therein. 2. Appeal from any such determination may be taken in the manner prescribed by this chapter for the appeal of determinations respecting benefits.
