In the administration of this chapter the Administrator shall: 1. Cooperate to the fullest extent consistent with the provisions of this chapter with the Department of Labor. 2. Make such reports, in such form and containing such information as the Department of Labor may from time to time require. 3. Comply with such provisions as the Department of Labor may from time to time find necessary to assure the correctness and verification of such reports. 4. Comply with the regulations prescribed by the Department of Labor governing the expenditures of such sums as may be allotted and paid to this State by the Federal Government for the purpose of assisting in the administration of this chapter.
