1. The Administrator is authorized and directed to apply for an advance to the Unemployment Compensation Fund and to accept such advance in accordance with the conditions specified in Title XII of the Social Security Act, as amended. 2. Upon request of the Administrator, the Governor shall make application for advances to the State of Nevada in accordance with the provisions of c. 657, 68 Stat. 671, approved August 5, 1954.
