Statute 612 300

1. Reimbursements paid from the Unemployment Compensation Fund pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 612.295 shall be deemed to be benefits for the purposes of this chapter. 2. The Administrator is authorized to make to other state or federal agencies, and to receive from such other state or federal agencies, reimbursements from or to the Unemployment Compensation Fund, in accordance with arrangements entered into pursuant to NRS 612.295.
