1. Whenever an extended benefit period is to become effective in this State (or in all states) as a result of a Nevada 'on' indicator, or an extended benefit period is to be terminated in Nevada as a result of a Nevada 'off' indicator, the Administrator shall make an appropriate public announcement. 2. Computations required by the provisions of subsection 4 of NRS 612.377 must be made by the Administrator, in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Labor.
