1. An initial determination that an individual is an insured worker shall remain in effect throughout the benefit year for which it is made, unless modified by a redetermination or as the result of an Appeal Tribunal, Board of Review, or court decision, and in the absence of an appeal benefits shall be paid or denied in accordance therewith. 2.
