Statute 612 520

1. The Administrator, for cause, may remove or transfer to another Appeal Tribunal any appeal pending before an Appeal Tribunal. 2. The parties to any appeal so removed or transferred by the Administrator shall be given a full and fair hearing on the original appeal.
