'Bond' means any type of special revenue obligation, including, without limitation, a bond, note, interim obligation, certificate or other instrument issued by the State Board of Finance in accordance with NRS 612.6102 to 612.6134, inclusive, including refunding bonds. (Added to NRS by 2013, 2644)
