1. Upon the levy of any assessment as provided in NRS 612.660, the Administrator shall forthwith give written notice thereof by mail to the employer at the employer’s last known address. The notice must: (a) Contain the amount of the assessment and forfeit, if there be any. (b) Advise the employer of the right to petition for readjustment thereof as provided in this chapter. 2. The assessment becomes final, and the amount of contribution and forfeit therein specified becomes due and payable, 15 days after the date of mailing such notice, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. 3. An assessment which has become final is subject to the same interest as provided in NRS 612.620 for other unpaid contributions.
