Statute 613 470

Unless stipulated in a written settlement agreement signed by all parties to a pending action or complaint filed pursuant to NRS 613.440 to 613.510, inclusive, any waiver of the rights and procedures provided by NRS 613.440 to 613.510, inclusive, is against public policy and is void.
