1. To the extent required by 34 C.F.R. § 361.50, the Division may adopt, amend and repeal policies concerning the nature and scope of vocational rehabilitation services provided to individuals with disabilities. 2. Any adoption, amendment or repeal of a policy pursuant to subsection 1 must occur at a public meeting held in compliance with the provisions set forth in chapter 241 of NRS concerning open meetings.
