1. The Administrator shall make available a program, using a videotape cassette or other means of presentation, concerning the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees pursuant to chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS. The Administrator shall provide written notification concerning the availability of the program to each chamber of commerce in Nevada and to each statewide association for a business or industry. The program must be available to community organizations, businesses, employers and employees upon request. 2. The Administrator shall provide each: (a) Employer who attends a program, a certificate which certifies that the employer has completed the program described in subsection 1. The employer shall post the certificate in his or her business in a place that is readily accessible and visible to his or her employees. (b) Employee who attends a program, a card which certifies that the employee has completed the program described in subsection 1.
