The Administrator may prosecute, defend and maintain actions in the name of the Administrator for the enforcement of the provisions of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, or 617 of NRS and is entitled to all extraordinary writs provided by the Constitution of the State of Nevada, the statutes of this State and the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure in connection therewith for the enforcement thereof. 2. Verification of any pleading, affidavit or other paper required may be made by the Administrator. 3. In any action or proceeding or in the prosecution of any appeal by the Administrator, no bond or undertaking need be furnished by the Administrator.
