Statute 616a 445

1. The Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers shall establish an office in Carson City or Reno, Nevada, and an office in Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. The Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers shall prepare and submit a budget for the maintenance and operation of his or her office in the same manner as other state agencies.
